Orders can be paid via CIMB Clicks, Maybank2U and etc and get updated within minutes for fast and secure payment service.

You may top up your e-wallet account and use the money to pay for your order.
4. ATM/Cash Deposit
Each purchase will be shipped as a separate order and cannot be combined. Orders within Peninsular Malaysia will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days after processing. For Sabah and Sarawak, it will take approximately 7 working days to deliver.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via www.tracking.my simply by entering your tracking number.
Please note that Nova cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond Nova's control.
Delivery within Malaysia is complimentary for Nova members. However, please be aware that Nova reserves the right to amend the delivery charges without prior notice.
For international orders deliveries are sorted and shipped via air freight to the handling centre within your country and then delivered by your country’s postal service. You agree that Nova is not responsible for, and has no control over, the local postal service in your country. You agree that Nova cannot be held liable for any shipping issues, delays, or errors originating from within your country.
A flat delivery fee of RM 200 is currently applicable to all international deliveries outside Malaysia. Please note that delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice in the event of price adjustments from the courier service provider.
When ordering from Nova, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
